♥ vegan matcha christmas-cookies/ 7th door advent calendar

Yesterday I made some delicious vegan matcha Christmas-cookies and they are very easy to make!

The recipe is for around 400g of cookiedough.


Ingredience:
- 190g flour
- 10g Matcha
- 70g sugar (or powdered sugar)
- 120g vegan margarine
- 2 tbsp. Soy-/rice-/oat milk (or any other vegan milk substitute)
- vanilla extract (use however much you think is right)

First put in all dry ingredience
Add the margarine
also adding the plant-milk and vanilla extract
  1. Mix it all together (use your hands or a blender) till it becomes a solid mass.
  2. Afterwards you let the dough chill for 30min in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160°C top and bottom heating.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut out the shapes you want your cookies to be with a cookie cutter
    (I think christmastrees would look really nice with the green colour of the dough)
  5. Put the cookies in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes and then let them cool down
 Aaaand there you go delicious cookies ♥ (you can also decorate them with vegan chocolate, icing or sprinkles)
